About Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign
The “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign encourages all Indians to bring the national flag, the Tiranga, into their homes and proudly display it to celebrate our independence. The flag symbolizes our nation’s pride and unity.
Historically, our connection to the flag has often been formal, but this initiative aims to make it more personal. It encourages citizens to feel a deeper connection to the Tiranga and its significance.
By promoting patriotism, “Har Ghar Tiranga” hopes to inspire a greater understanding of the flag’s meaning. It invites everyone to embrace the Tiranga as part of their daily lives.
Led by the Ministry of Culture and MyGov, the initiative spreads awareness about the national flag and encourages citizens to proudly display it at home in celebration of our shared identity.
